award winning RenewGel® backing with a natural wool two ply 80-20 yarn, these carpet tiles truly are an environmentally friendly choice.
The Carolina yarn has been especially developed by our yarn spinners to equal and in some areas out perform it’s nylon based competitors. Taking an
80-20 mix of New Zealand wool and Polymide nylon we have combined a two fold 62 twist yarn into a 40oz top cloth for heavy contract and residential use.
The Carolina yarn qualifies for all the relevant accreditation associated with a tile of this type.
Manufactured totally by Renewal®, even the dying of the yarn is now done in house, this allows small production volume and offers an unlimited amount
of colour choice options.
Renewool® as all Renewal products, qualifies for “Renewal® Re-Cycling Scheme”. This scheme allows Renewal to bring back the tile and re-cycle them into Re-Lay®, a rubber based residential underlay product.
